Normas de la casa
* En el check-in el cliente dejará una depósito de 100€ como fianza
* No está permitido fumar dentro del apartamento, si desea fumar, hágalo en la terraza
* El apartamento está destinado únicamente a alojamiento, está prohibido realizar u organizar fiestas en él
* Los inquilinos se comprometen a mantener una conducta adecuada y a no realizar ruido dentro o en la terraza del piso que pudiera molestar a los vecinos a partir de las 22:00
* Se permiten mascotas o animales bajo petición
* Hacer un buen uso de las instalaciones, equipamientos y utensilios del piso. Si hay roturas o desperfectos se cargaran los gastos a la cantidad entregada como fianza
* Cuando vaya a dejar el piso, tiene que dejar limpia y recogida la cocina y los utensilios empleados
* Cuide el juego de llaves que le hemos entregado
* Está prohibido sacar las toallas grises del apartamento para uso en la playa, se les proveerá de toallas de playa
Uso del alojamiento
* El cliente es responsable de hacer la declaración correcta del número de personas que ha de ocupar el apartamento, sin omitir los niños. La administración de los apartamentos puede legalmente negarse a admitir la entrada de aquellas personas no declaradas.
Entradas y salidas
* El horario de entrada a los apartamentos será a partir de las 15:00 h del día de llegada, debiendo quedar libre las habitaciones antes de las 12:00h del día de salida
Limpieza del apartamento
* El apartamento será entregado limpio y ordenado. Se cobrara un importe de 50€ en el check-in en concepto de tarifa de limpieza

* It´s not allowed to use the bathroom towels on the beach, we will give you beach towels at check in
Use of the apartment
* When booking, the customer is fully and exclusively responsible for the correct statement of the number of persons to occupy the apartment without omitting children whatever their age. Be warned that the apartment administration can legally refuse to admit the entry of undeclared persons, with no right to any compensation for that cause.
Check in and Check out
- The check-in will be from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival, and the rooms must be vacated before 12:00 a.m. on the day of departure
Cleaning of the apartment
* The apartment will be delivered clean and tidy. There is a cleaning fee of 50€ that the customers have to pay in the check-in.
